my brand new site [Ralph DeSigne Chains is opening and i need a co-pwner and a new template/layout but i cant use paypal cuz of certain reezonsz so i need suggestions on where or who can make the best wp layout for me. and also if yallsz is inturestid in being co-owner just leave a reply.
the website is a site that tells reviews on other fansites and links back to them. people can get really involved by sending us their favorite fansites, i could go on but it might spoil the surprise leave replies gud or badd i need a free wp layout nd a co-owner so think nd leave idearz

I could try and make you a theme..probably the best you can get for free lol not saying I'm the best or anything like that but i rarely see design site do themes for free. but anyway, if you would like me to, pm me
