Money back returns: We do provide money back returns only if it is requested no more than 24 hours after payment has been sent. Once the project has been started we cannot return the funds back to your PayPal account. 

Privacy Policy: When ordering you are required to send your FTP log in detail and depending on your order we'll also need your Wordpress and Coppermine Photo Gallery Log in's as well. We do not share this information, we do not distribute this information nor do we use it for our own personal use. When sending us this information rest assure that we do not keep this information. If something has gone wrong with your order we will fix the issue depending on what it is and we will ask you for your log ins again at that time as well. Also when filling out the form provided on the main page of http://www.shawncorson.com you are required to give your telephone number. Please note that your number is not used whatsoever it's simply for verification purposes.

Re-selling/Third Party Usage: When ordering anything from Shawn Corson.Com you are not able to use the code or images (created by Shawn Corson.Com) for any other web site, project or for any type of re-sale. You may use your order as long as you please, all we ask is that you do not share your codes or images nor do you re-sell or re-use them by manipulating the codes for future themes, designs or projects.

Refunds: A refund is only permitted if requested 24 hours or less after you've sent your payment. If you exceed this time frame you are only eligible for half of your payment back leaving the other half of the payment to pay for the time already placed into your order which will then be void.

Bundle Rates: We do provide bundle rates. Please indicate in your order email what you're bundle will include and we will provide a fixed rate for the bundle package. The more you order, the more you save.
